Disposable products, which are prepared in accordance with the BUYER's request or explicitly personal needs and which are not suitable for return, goods which are in danger of rapid deterioration or the possibility of passing the expiry date, are returned to the BUYER if the package is opened by the BUYER in terms of health and hygiene. non-products, products which are mixed with other products after delivery and which are not possible to be separated due to their nature, if the package is opened by the PURCHASER, refund is not possible according to the Regulation. In addition, before the expiration of the right of withdrawal, the use of the right of withdrawal for the services started with the approval of the consumer is not possible under the Remote Sales Contract.
In addition, in order to return the product purchased by the Buyer, the packaging must be unopened, intact and unused. Refunds requested by the buyer due to faults (incorrect product order due to carelessness, incorrect address notification, etc.) will not be accepted.
